Kendrick Lamar took his fan on stage and saved him from depression

The boy who was bullied at school fell into depression, however, according to his brother, who told this story, he did not want to admit that he had a problem. The young man, being a devoted admirer of Kendrick Lamar, went to the Okeechobee music festival in Florida with a clear goal of getting to the front row at the performance of his favourite rapper. A couple of days before that, he handed over an essay at his school on the track “U”, dedicated to depression, which was released on Lamar’s album To Pimp a Butterfly. It was during the performance of this song that the rapper pulled the young man onto the stage, noticing the way he sings absolutely all the lyrics. Lamar stopped the show and gave a speech stating that depression is a real disease and should be taken seriously. Then the rapper said that he was writing songs for such people as this young man. Lamar allowed the fan to stay on stage until the end of the concert. After this concert, the young man believed in himself, got a lot more motivation to study, decided to lose weight and found himself a girlfriend. Miracle, right? Or just the true power of music.
