Crowd surfing products to keep you festival ready

Your friends have organised a festival to which you have excitedly agreed too. However, there are some issues… there’s no full-length mirror, there’s no real tap anywhere, there’s no plug sockets for hair styling items and there’s certainly no bath tub. All you have is a small, damp tent that sits limply on a bit of an incline and the closest toilet is a 6-minute walk through guide-ropes… but we salute you for your effort.

We’ve done some research on products that will be your close friends over the next few days, individually all £20.00:

Baron Shower Bars, £3.50

These shower bars are perfecting for refreshing yourself and awakening your senses first thing in the morning. Made in Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region of France, the soaps have had years and years of perfecting practise in order to produce such a quality product. Having tried Charcoal and Olive the smells are perfect for unisex use, making them an ideal gift for somebody going to a festival and needing something quick to spruce themselves up with.  The Charcoal one is particularly good for detoxifying and rejuvenating the skin.

Who likes having greasy hair at a festival if they don’t want to brave the showers? Everyone. Tangle Teezer have brought out a hair survival kit with a Tangle Teezer and dry shampoo for fabulous festival hair. The Tangle Teezer also comes withs a detachable cover which protects the brush from any bacteria. Disguise those oily routes and feel confident as you strut your stuff in the crowds.

Another sustainable product with less packaging and therefore waste, is the Procoal Lavender Shampoo Bar is 100% natural and highly concentrated with shampoo and ideal for a festival. The small but perfectly formed shampoo bar does the job of 250g bottles of liquid shampoo. Plus- it’s vegan.

Twist & Spritz, £10.00

These little bottles will hold the amount of perfume or aftershave you need for the duration of your festival, with 8ml holding 100 sprays. Easy to fill, they reduce the packing weight to make room for more exciting outfits and other accessories, also making your weight to carry much lighter.

MAC Glitter, £16.50

We’ve seen the swatches; we’ve gone all year without it… festival season is the one chance we get to glam ourselves up with a sparkle. Albeit we have gotten more creative that a swipe where our highlighter would usually go, MAC’s legendary glitter pot always comes with us.

Dr Bronner’s Organic Lavender Hand Sanitizer, £4.49

No matter where you are in the world, hand sanitizer can only benefit you… especially at a festival. At some point during the weekend you will be needing the toilet, whether you like it or not. This scented- bacteria- killer will look after you even after your visit to the ladies or gents.

Garnier Micellar Extra Gentle Cleansing Wipes, £2.30

Unfortunately, although we’d like to take our full skincare collection with us to a festival there are a lack of basins and mirrors. However, when stumbling back to your tent the first thing you should rummage around for are these Garnier Micellar Extra Gentle Cleansing Wipes, not only do they remove stubborn makeup and glitter but cleanse the skin while doing so.
